How do I claim my Dungeon tickets?
Collect your four codes in The Scottish Sun from 25/08/18 and visit this website to redeem.
Where can I find the unique codes?
The unique codes will be found in the paper each day from 25/08/18.
How many tickets can I book?
You can book one pair of tickets for one of the two attractions.
Can I book just one ticket?
No, you must book a pair of tickets.
Can I attend the attractions alone?
No, you cannot use only one ticket and go alone; both tickets need to be used together.
How will I receive my tickets?
You will be sent an email with your unique code and a link to the Dungeons site where you can select The Edinburgh Dungeon. Please click on the link and you will be taken to the offer on our website.
I've lost my tickets, what do I do?
Please contact us using the Contact Us Form below, providing your Booking Reference number (if available) Email address used on booking and First and Last Name used on booking.
What if I have deleted or cannot find my confirmation email?

Can I choose when I visit The Edinburgh Dungeon?
Yes, you can choose from a selection of months on the site.
Do I have access to the whole attraction with my ticket?
Yes - your ticket allows your access to the full Edinburgh Dungeon Tour. For more information on the Tour, please visit here.
How long does the offer last for?
The offer runs in-paper from August 25-Sept 3 and is valid for bookings between Sept 4-Feb 19, 2019
Can I change the date of my visit?
No, once the dates have been selected and your e-tickets have been sent, they are non-changeable and non-refundable.
